Talented bay area Korean American rapper Kero One is set to release a new album this summer. Ahead of this release, he has dropped the music video for the lead single from the forthcoming album titled “What Am I Supposed to Do?”

The track features the soulful vocals of Suhn (The Tones), and it’s a song with a call to action. The track, along with the self-directed music video, reminds us that there is something everyone can do against human injustices. 50% of all proceeds from the sale of this song in the first month will be donated directly to Free the Slaves, a charity focused on ending slavery for women, children and men around the world.

Hip hop duo Geeks made an extravagant debut with their first mini album “Officially Missing You” back in March of 2011, even ranking 3rd on Cyworld‘s overall music chart for 2011.

Just recently, the talented duo revealed the teaser video for their second mini-album title song, “Hang Over“!

The teaser released earlier today includes a scene from their “Hang Over” MV in which members Lil Boiand Louie both appear to be waking up from a hangover in the morning, showcasing their realistic acting abilities. The audio of the song can be heard in the background, and “Hang Over” is a combination of both 50′s Blues with a hip hop rhythm, while the lyrics were written by both of the Geeks members themselves.

Geeks’ second mini album “Hang Over” will be officially released on all music sites on April 13th, along with the MV.

Ahead of their new album release, Geeks revealed two preview songs “Just Leave” and “Where to Go“ on March 14th, which earned a positive response from the public.

Modern rock band NELL has finally released their highly-anticipated new material. Their new album ‘Slip Away‘ is their first release in four years after presenting the public with their fourth album, ‘SEPARATION ANXIETY‘ back in 2008.

Being the first album to be released after such a long hiatus, the members have invested more time into this project to create the best sound that well showcases their talents. Their album title ‘Slip Away’ reflects the honest truth that the more you try to hold on to something, the more it slips through your fingers to become unattainable. Their title song “The Day Before” sings of a heartbreaking pain that’s different from the pain that life can bring, and in it, the members tried to capture the void that accompanies sad loneliness.

The members had much time to think over their long time away from the industry, and with this new album, NELL will captivate their listeners with their uniquely alluring style of music.
